Feeding Your Infant: A Solid Start

feedingbaby

A new baby means lots of change, and there are lots of people who will offer advice.  This lesson can help you learn some basic feeding principles.  Practice an easy and cost-effective way to make your own baby food.  Discover appropriate times to introduce different foods and the types of food best for your baby's first year.

Make Your Own Baby Food

A young couple, who were expecting a baby, was living with her parents.  They had only one income, he was a dishwasher.  The young mom was very enthusiastic about CNP Classes.  The couple learned many skills, amount them, food resource management, and good nutrition for their family. As a result, they are now living on their own, doing very well with budgeting and taking good care of their baby.
