New Classes!

Beginning Monday, April 8, 2013 at 1:00pm.  Classes will meet every Monday through June 3rd at the Uinta County Extension office, located at 228 9th Street, EVanston.  For more infomation and to sign up, contact Beth!

Congratulations BOOST Graduates!

Participants in the BOOST Program (BOCES Opportunity for Self-Sufficiency Training) took Cent$ible Nutrition, meeting once a week, all semester.  Nine participants have completed the requirements to graduate from the program!  They had a great time in Cent$ible Nutrition while learning to cook healthy homemade meals and snacks as well as save money on food and food safety practices.

Lyman Townhall

Beth will be teaching a Cent$ible Nutrition class at the Lyman Town Hall on April 15th and 18th at 10:00am.  The class will be part of the GED program with Valley Learning Center in Mountain View.

Marty Moose

Marty the moose is taking 2nd and 3rd graders at Clark, Aspen and North Elementary schools this month.  The children will learn about MyPlate, the good groups and healthy snacks!
