Laramie County is in Southeast Wyoming. The county seat is Cheyenne, Wyoming which is also the state capitol of Wyoming.

Laramie County is 2,686 square miles and has a population of 81,607. Laramie County is primarily high prairie grasses and the average elevation is approximately 6,000 feet. The economic base is agriculture in the form of farming and ranching and large industry.
