4-H Foundation Scholarships Opportunity!

The Wyoming State 4-H Foundation is proud to manage scholarship opportunities to students that are current and/or past 4-H members in Wyoming. The decision you make as to where to go to college affects the number of scholarship opportunities you will have. We offer many scholarships that are just to the University of Wyoming, some that can go to either UW other accredited colleges in Wyoming, and one that is for students pursuing a vocational program/certificate. Applications for 2022 are due by February 15, 2022. One single application is used for all our scholarships.  Just check the boxes to those for which you want to be considered.  As you choose to apply for scholarships, PLEASE read each one’s parameters for eligibility so you don’t miss out!

COVID and 4-H

We continue to be cognizant of the safety of all 4-H youth as they participate in 4-H activities.  We are fortunate to live in a state with wide-open spaces, limited populations, and responsible citizens that have allowed us to do more 4-H activities than most other states.  Thank you for contributing to being able to have successful county and state fairs, club meetings, project meetings, workshops, clinics, etc.  We continue to operate within the county health guidance and the Governor of Wyoming’s restrictions on meetings.  For specifics, you can find them on the Dept of Health site or the WY Dept. of Health COVID-19 Resources and, if you are intrigued, you can check out UW’s Return to Campus Plan.
