by Aaron Lyttle, Attorney at Law with Long, Reimer, Winegar, and Beppler, LLP. Bill Taylor will be providing technical support.

Connecting to the Webinar:
The computer program used to deliver the programs is Microsoft Lync.
Follow the link above to connect to the session via Microsoft's Lync software or your phone. The software on your computer may need to be updated, so be sure to connect early for your first webinar – you may connect up to 1 hour early. The audio will come through your computer's speakers. For more information about these free classes, contact Bill Taylor at weston@uwyo.edu or (307) 746-3531
When clicking on the conference link in the invitation email the first time, you will bring up a box which gives you a choice to use your web browser or to download and use Microsoft Lync Attendee. You will get the most functionality if you take the time to install Lync Attendee before your first session.
Using Lync Attendee will allow you to hear the audio via your computer speakers and use a computer microphone to speak. You can also join the audio by calling the phone number shown in the meeting invitation (307-766-1200).
If you choose to use the web browser option, you will have reduced functionality such as not being able to see various fonts, view the speaker via webcam, etc. However, you will be able to view slides and other presented materials as well as view the chat box. When using a web browser, you will only be able to join audio by dialing the phone number shown in the meeting invitation (307-766-1200).
To install and use Lync Attendee, go to http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/communicator-help/quick-start-use-lync-2010-attendee-HA101832596.aspx and follow the instructions.
