Basic information needed:
- Will participants be calling in (meet me) no charge to arranger
- How many phones will be calling in?
- Date and time of call (times strictly adhered to)
- Will the conference bridge call the participants charge for call
- Names and phone numbers of participants
- Date and time of call (times strictly monitored)
