Each Fall, the University of Wyoming Literacy Research Center and Clinic hosts the Fall Literacy Conference to expose teachers from Wyoming and beyond to the latest research and best practices in literacy education.

This year's conference focuses on the science of reading and features keynote presentations from best-selling author Kate Messner and nationally recognized literacy researchers Steve Graham and Gina Cervetti. Break out sessions will be presented by Amy Spiker, Associate Professor of Literacy at Abilene Christian University and former director of the UW LRCC; Tiffany Rehbein, Principal at Bain Elementary in Cheyenne, Wyoming; and Leanna Morton, Literacy Facilitator at Eastside Elementary in Cody.




Registration is required and attendance is capped at 200 persons. Attendees must pay a non-refundable $25 fee. The fee has been reduced to $10 for undergraduate students.
