Welcome to the Wyoming INBRE Website

The goal of Wyoming INBRE 2 is to continue to build on the accomplishments of the eight years of National Institutes for Health Biomedical Research Infastructure (BRIN) Phase I and the recently concluded Northern Rockies IDeA Networks for Biomedical Research Excellence (INBRE) program. These programs represented a comprehensive effort to increase the competitiveness of investigators at UW in obtaining funding from the NIH. BRIN and INBRE 1 also included efforts to provide research opportunities for undergraduates at UW and the state's community colleges through scholarships and technology upgrades, as well as to establish research and mentoring opportunities for students and faculty at the University of Wyoming and Wyoming's community colleges.
