The effort to encourage and sustain new technology entrepreneurs in Wyoming is among topics to be featured on a public affairs program that can be seen Thursday, Jan. 10, at 7:30 p.m. on KCWC, Wyoming Public Television. The program will be repeated at 5:30 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 13.
Jon Benson, CEO of the Wyoming Technology Business Center, will be a
guest on the University of Wyoming program, "Wyoming Signatures." He
will discuss the business incubator and how it uses the university's
research capabilities to promote the success of new and growing
businesses throughout the state.
Also on the program is a field segment with Wyoming Highway Patrol Lt.
Klief Guenther. He will offer winter survival tips and remind viewers
which emergency items to keep in their vehicles.
A third program segment deals with Wyoming childcare. Deanna Frey and
Marc Homer of the Wyoming Children's Action Alliance will discuss
childcare issues.
"Wyoming Signatures" is produced by UW Television. KCWC can be seen
off-air or via cable in communities throughout Wyoming, including
Casper, Cheyenne, Laramie, Riverton, Lander, Rock Springs, Green River,
Powell, Cody, Sheridan, Gillette, Jackson, Pinedale and Big Piney. Check
