The University of Wyoming at Casper and Casper College will host an election panel Tuesday, Dec. 6, at 6 p.m. in Room 322 of the Casper College Union/University Building. The event is free and open to the public.

The event will offer a question-and-answer session for audience members, as well as a brief interpretation from political science experts on the future of America’s political landscape.

Moderated by Casper College’s political science instructor Erich Frankland, the evening’s panelists of experts will include Brent Pickett, professor of political science at UW-Casper, and Casper College faculty members Nathan Blank, political science instructor; Tanis Lovercheck-Saunders, history instructor; and Sam Weaver, political science instructor.

“What does the election say about the current state of American politics?” Pickett asks. “And, what are the likely policy changes that we will see over the next several years? These are the kinds of questions we hope to address at the panel and to answer questions that the community may have as well.”

For more information, call Pickett at (307) 268-3563 or email bpick@uwyo.edu.
