UW Professor Co-Author of Book on Health Law

Carolina Academic Press has recently published “Questions and Answers: Health Law” by Melissa Alexander and Deborah Farringer.

Alexander is the Carl M. Williams Professor of Law and Ethics at the University of Wyoming College of Law. Farringer is the associate dean for academic affairs, an associate professor of law and director of health law studies at Belmont University College of Law.

According to the publisher, “Questions and Answers: Health Law” is the perfect supplement to help people better understand what they are learning in health law and bioethics. Part of the well-known “Questions and Answers” series, this study guide will aid in the mastery of a wide range of topics, from fraud and abuse to public health, hospital governance to human subject research, antitrust to medical aid in dying, and beyond. It offers questions regarding the Affordable Care Act, the Employee Retirement Income Security Act and recent Supreme Court cases.

In total, this study aid features over 250 multiple-choice and short-answer questions, arranged by topic for easy use.
