UW’s Wyoming SBDC Network Podcast Interviews New Wyoming Associate State Director

The Wyoming Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Network podcast this month features an interview with Steve Shalosky, the organization’s new associate state director.

The podcast features small-business success stories, educational topics from experts and interviews with staff and leadership. Episodes are typically released twice per month.

The Wyoming SBDC Network offers business expertise to help Wyoming residents think about, launch, grow, reinvent or exit their business. The Wyoming SBDC Network is hosted by the University of Wyoming with state funds from the Wyoming Business Council and funded, in part, through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration.

In the episode, Shalosky discussed his career road in business that led him to his current position.

Before joining the Wyoming SBDC Network, Shalosky was the owner of small manufacturing businesses. His experience also includes six years as a business adviser in the North Texas SBDC Network; with his startup; and a long corporate career, working in most aspects of business for some of the best companies in the world.

Shalosky also is an Army veteran, where he served as a logistics officer. He is looking forward to visiting other parts of Wyoming.

This Wyoming SBDC Network podcast episode and others can be found on Spotify and Google podcasts. Episodes are available at no cost, as are all Wyoming SBDC Network services.
