The NT Center provides staff who can answer questions and direct you to appropriate resources. A community feeling or "home away from home" is a goal of the center. Programs are sponsored throughout the year to help adult learners build their skill set such as using technology, time management, financial aid and scholarships, career and job and internship offerings; family issues, etc. The workshops are generally held during the noon hour.
The NT Center also maintains a child care list for adults who are looking for child care and also seeking child care. In addition, the center maintains a list of commuter students who wish to share where they drive from for networking/ride-sharing purposes.
