1. The New England Board of Higher Education provides tuition-savings programs including Tuition Break for residents of Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont. To find out more, scroll to the "GRADUATE degree programs" section of the Tuition Break page. 

2. The Midwestern Higher Education Compact provides tuition savings for some healthcare degrees through the Midwest Student Exchange Program for residents of Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, and Wisconsin.

3. The Southern Regional Education Board provides a Regional Contract Program - a tuition-savings program for professional health degrees at in-state rates at participating out-of-state universities in dentistry, medicine, optometry, osteopathic medicine, podiatry, and veterinary medicine - for residents of Arkansas, Delaware, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina.
