Catering Suppliers

The following businesses have been authorized to do catering for all departments on campus, including the Wyoming Union. These caterers have furnished all their necessary paperwork, which includes proof of insurance and a food permit or restaurant license. These individual catering agreements will cover all catering events (or food) provided throughout the year (based on contract on file). Suppliers not on this list will be subject to filling out a catering agreement.

Suppliers must complete and sign a blank University of Wyoming Catering Agreement or University of Wyoming Food Vendor Services for On Campus Food Truck Agreement, obtain required documentation, and then send all documents to Procurement Services for UW approval.

University Catering should be given first rights of refusal.
