Jo is responsible for the overall operation and the management of the Office of the Registrar. She is also responsible for institutional compliance with FERPA, the General Bulletin, and course schedules. In addition, she serves as Secretary to the University's Faculty Senate Course Review committee.

Dave provides administrative assistant support to the Registrar, Associate Registrars, and office staff. He also maintains the office budget, processes all personnel paperwork, and acts as the clerk for the University Course Review Committee.

Responsible for coordinating the online publication of the University Catalog, and the fall, spring, and summer class schedules. Trains and assists academic departments in loading their class schedules to the Banner System. Also works with various office staff on the development of our marketing tools, such as Web pages, brochures, fliers and forms.

Conducts research and handles the exchange of complex information for designated area; organizes, preserves, analyzes, interprets, and disseminates high quality data related to characteristics, activities, operations and policies of designated projects.

Lane assists in the development and implementation of procedures for the office; coordinates the registration process; provides instructions on using WyoWeb (web registration), and supervises service counter, transcripts and enrollment verification staff.

Our Service Counter staff serve those students who come to our office to request assistance, as well as handle phone calls. Among other things, they assist students in the use of WyoWeb and process withdrawals from classes. They also assist in completing transcript request forms, name change forms, major changes, as well as the routing of online petitions.

Linda maintains overall supervision of the processing of transcript requests. She is also responsible for processing requests for enrollment verifications for a number of agencies including Student Loan Guarantors, insurance companies, and prospective employers.

Kris is responsible for processing the applications for graduation (degree checks) for all undergraduate students in the College of Education. Kris also works with all Master of Science (MS) candidates. She also verifies that students have met all requirements for their degrees, orders diplomas, and assists in the evaluation and loading of transfer work.

Marilyn also works with all MAT, MFA, MP, MM, MST, and MSW candidates. She verifies that students have met all requirements for their degrees, orders diplomas, and assists in the evaluation and loading of transfer work.

Nicole also works with all MBA and MPA candidates. She verifies that students have met all requirements for their degrees and then orders diplomas. She also assists in the evaluation and loading of transfer work.

Kristine is responsible for maintaining students' permanent records. This involves verifying computation of GPAs; posting changes of grades, removals of incompletes, any exceptions to UW Regulations; and verifying eligibility for credit by exam.
