Visiting Scholars

 The University of Wyoming has many important research projects that bring researchers, scholars, and professors from all over the world to Laramie.

Pre-arrival: the English Language Center facilitates J-1 visa applications with zoom-based in person Oral Proficiency Interviews.  Email fsuess@uwyo.edu to make an appointment.   

Post-arrival: we welcome all Visiting Scholars and their families to join us for English Language practice in our open community conversation hours and to participate in family friendly activities to get to know the town of Laramie.
