The University Studies Committee prefers to receive proposals in an electronic format.  Materials should be sent to Aneesa McDonald after they have been reviewed by the appropriate college course committee. A hard copy of the appropriate form, with appropriate signatures, must be received before the proposal can be given final approval.

To be considered for certification for spring 2013, course proposals must be received by the USP Committee by November 2, 2012.  New and modified courses that need to be reviewed by University Course Review Committee must be received by the USP Committee at least four weeks prior to the University Course Committee meeting.  Please be aware that once registration for a term has begun, modifications to existing courses will not take effect until the following semester. Please plan accordingly.
