Food and speakers from South America will be featured at an etiquette dinner Sunday, Oct. 30, at 5 p.m., in the University of Wyoming Union Ballroom.
The speakers will discuss dinner etiquette of their homelands. The etiquette dinner is a way for UW students to experience different regions of the world through food, decorations, speeches, pictures and information cards, says Sristi Gautam, UW International Student Association (ISA) president.
"The ISA sponsors such events to encourage participation among international and local students and to offer opportunities for the UW community to discover new cultures and traditions," Gautam says. Tickets are required for the event and will be distributed for free in the Wyoming Union Thursday, Oct. 27.
