‘Vagina Monologues’ Presented March 6-8 at the University of Wyoming

The University of Wyoming will host the 2014 production of the “Vagina Monologues” March 6-8 in the UW Education auditorium at 7 p.m. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.

Tickets will be sold at the Stop Violence table in the Wyoming Union breezeway through Thursday, March 6, and at the door. They cost $5 for students and $10 for the public.

The “Vagina Monologues,” a series of related monologues written by Eve Ensler, highlight a variety of topics related to the feminine experience and gender issues. UW student Elise Hallof directs the production, assisted by Hannah Jones, with performances by members of UW and the Laramie communities.

The production is sponsored by UW’s Stop Violence Program, Cowboy Up and Speak Out. All proceeds will support the Albany County Safe Project.
