Monday, Feb. 16, 3:10 p.m. -- Geology and Geophysics Distinguished Lecturer Series presents Jonathan Nyquist discussing “Trickle Down Geophysics: Using Resistivity to Study Hyporheic Flow,” S.H. Knight Geology Building, Room 216.

Monday, Feb. 16, 5 p.m. -- Reception for “Slices” Exhibition, Gallery 234, lower level of the Union.

Tuesday, Feb. 17, 10 a.m. -- Spring Job Fair: Business, government, nonprofit and agriculture, Wyoming Union Ballroom. View event details here.

Wednesday, Feb. 18, 10 a.m. -- Spring Job Fair: Science, technology, engineering and math, Wyoming Union Ballroom. View event details here.

Wednesday, Feb. 18, 7 p.m. -- Cowgirls basketball vs. Nevada, Arena-Auditorium. Ticket prices vary.

Wednesday, Feb. 18-Thursday, Feb. 19, 7 p.m. -- BANFF Mountain Film Festival, Gryphon Theater, 710 E. Garfield St. Free, but tickets are required.

Thursday, Feb. 19, 4 p.m. -- Fisk Distinguished Speaker Series presents George Elliott discussing “Towards a Theory of Classification,” Agriculture Building, Room 1030. A pre-talk reception will be at 3:30 p.m. in Ross Hall, Room 223.

Thursday, Feb. 19, 7 p.m. -- Artist Chris Dacre to give gallery talk, Visual Arts Building. Free.

Friday, Feb. 20, 6 p.m. -- Reception for Chris Dacre’s exhibit, “Crossing the Delaware Line,” Visual Arts Building. Free.

Friday, Feb. 20, 7:30 p.m. -- Peter Schickele presents “PDQ Bach,” Buchanan Center for the Performing Arts concert hall. Tickets cost $26 for the public; $23 for senior citizens; $23 for faculty/staff; and $10 for students.

Friday, Feb. 20, 9 p.m. -- Hypnotist chrisjones, Wyoming Union Ballroom. Free.

Saturday, Feb. 21 -- Classic cross-country ski technique clinic, Happy Jack Recreation Area. Cost is $35 for faculty/staff and $29 for students. View event details here.

Sunday, Feb. 22, 3 p.m. -- UW Collegiate Chorale and Casper College Choir Concert, Buchanan Center for the Performing Arts concert hall. Tickets are $10 for adults; $7 for senior citizens; and $6 for students.
