Saturday, Nov. 14 will see three state title games played, beginning with the 1A, 6-Man contest between Meeteetse and Kaycee at 10 a.m.

The second game on Saturday will pit Tongue River vs. Upton-Sundance in the Class 1A, 11-Man Championship at 1 p.m.

This year’s Wyoming State Football Championships will conclude on Saturday with the Class 4A State Championship Game, featuring Sheridan vs. Campbell County at 4 p.m.

“This is a great event for everyone involved,” says University of Wyoming Athletics Director Tom Burman.  “Many volunteers from the Laramie community join together with our staff to host this event, and we want to welcome all the teams and their fans to Laramie and the University of Wyoming this weekend. Good luck to all the teams who have earned their way to this year’s championships.”

“While NCAA rules prohibit us from promoting or publicizing these games beyond providing the basic schedule and results of the games, we know it means a lot to the players and coaches to play their state championship games on Jonah Field at War Memorial Stadium.”
