The concrete floor slabs in the north and west wings of the building have been poured, with the exception of the electrical room and the remaining lift of concrete to complete the strong floor in the structural testing lab. Reinforcing rebar and formwork are being installed in the floor of the structural testing lab. Structural steel has been placed on the west wing of the building and is nearing completion. The steel deck is being placed on the west wing and the second floor, with the concrete floor slab for this area scheduled Tuesday, Nov. 17. Site-cast concrete wall panels have been erected on the north wing of the building, allowing the structural steel work to begin in this area.
