UW Shipping and Receiving Updates Forms

University of Wyoming Shipping and Receiving has updated its domestic and international shipping forms.

UW Shipping and Receiving has streamlined some of its processes with the updated forms. The forms are now fillable PDFs that employees email to UW Shipping and Receiving. Additionally, the forms contain fields to provide the account strings being used. 

“Providing the account string on the current form is in hopes that it will cut down on funding source changes upon receipt of the monthly invoice as well as expenditure corrections submitted to the Accounting Office in case the department misses the deadline to change account strings,” says Alison Shaver, UW Operations business manager.

UW employees should complete the appropriate shipping request form and email the form to shipping.request@uwyo.edu. They also will need to print the form, sign it and attach it to the package to be shipped.
