To view Google Analytics data for a CMS site, there are two login options:
Login with an existing Gmail account and password -OR-
Login with your @uwyo.edu email address and Gmail password. (This is referred to as Adding an Alternate Email to your Google Account.)
To use your @uwyo.edu email, click the following link https://support.Google.com/accounts/answer/176347?hl=en and follow the instructions Google provides.
Once you have chosen a login option, send an email to webhelp@uwyo.edu and request to be added to your CMS site's analytics account and provide them with the email you have chosen to use.
Once your analytics account is setup, you will be able to create and download .PDF and other reports to review and distribute to others for analysis.

By request only, Institutional Marketing will be adding Google analytics connectors to individual sites in the CMS. If you would like to be able to see the connector within the CMS, please send a request to webhelp@uwyo.edu.
Please Note that the connector is in addition to the Google analytics report, described above.
The Google Analytics Connector syncs Google Analytics data with Cascade CMS to provide users with basic analytics information for Sites, Pages, Files, and Folders. Site analytics data is available through the addition of a dashboard widget. All other analytics data can be found on the Analytics pane of each asset.
In sites where a Google Analytics Connector is enabled select the asset you want to see analytics for or select the root folder to see analytics for your site. Next click the ". . . More" option in the top right. In the drop down menu that appears, choose Analytics.
Every day at 1:30 a.m. data will be imported from Google Analytics for each Google Analytics Connector into UW's CMS
