Requesting access
Prior to being given access to author a website in the CMS, your supervisor or appointing authority will need to fill out the Site Author Add/Remove Form approving your access to author a specified site. Please make sure to have the information below.
Site author's username - the part of the site author's email to be added to the CMS without the '@uwyo.edu'
Training
CMS Level 1 training completion certificate of the user to be added to the CMS
Website Accessibility completion certificate of the user to be added to the CMS
URL / web address for your site - https://www.uwyo.edu/admissions/
Where "admissions" is the site name in the CMS
The site name is the first subfolder after "uwyo.edu/"
Removing site authors
To request that an user be removed from your site's authoring group, please fill out the Site Author Add/Remove Form with following information:

Site author's username - joecowboy (the part of the site author's email without the '@uwyo.edu')
URL / web address for your site - http://www.uwyo.edu/ admissions/ - (Where "admissions" is the site name in the CMS)
