MedlinePlus provides information on drugs and over-the-counter medication. Individuals can search for a medication by generic or brand name and check side effects, special precautions, and dosage.

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services provide a booklet that informs the public on prescription drug coverage.

DailyMed provides FDA package inserts for prescription medications. Individuals can search by drug name or drug class.
