Wyoming Department of Health Aging Division

The ACL has programs and resources available relating to Aging and Disability Networks, Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia, Connecting People to Services, Support to Caregivers, and Strengthening the Aging and Disability Networks.

Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ)
The mission of AHRQ is to improve the quality, safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of healthcare for all Americans. Sections include Clinicians & Providers, Programs Funding & Grants, Data, Research, and Health Information Technology.

Aging Stats
The Federal Interagency Forum on Aging-Related Statistics provides the public with aging-related statistics and data relevant to older adults.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention provide information about a the Healthy Brain Initiative, Healthy Brain Research Network, Data & Statistics, Clinical Preventative Services, Advance Care Planning, Emergency Preparedness, and Health Information for Older Adults.

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs provides information about services for aging military veterans.

U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA)
The FDA provides information for Consumers, Patients, Health Professionals, Scientists & Researchers and Industry. The site is searchable and browsable by topic. Additional sections include Food; Drugs; Medical Devices; Vaccines, Blood & Biologics; and Radiation Emitting Products.

Medicare
Medicare.gov offers information for patients, facilities, and physicians about Medicare Costs, What Medicare Covers, Drug Coverage, Supplements & Other Insurance, and Claims & Appeals.

National Institute on Aging (NIA)
The NIA provides Health Information on aging related topics, Research & Funding, and News & Events.

National Rehabilitation Information Center (NARIC)
NARIC provides a gateway to an abundance of disability and rehabilitation-oriented information organized in a variety of formats designed to make it easy for users to find and use.

Social Security Administration
The Social Security Administration provides information on Retirement, Disability, Survivors, Social Security Income, Medicare, and Business Services.
