Writing Center Support for Faculty
Faculty can request a Writing Center consultant to speak with your class or schedule a customized workshop on topics like brainstorming, citation help, peer review, paragraph structure, and job applications. Please provide at least two (2) weeks’ notice for these sessions. For more information or specific requests, contact the WC Workshop Coordinator, Faith Breads (fbreads@uwyo.edu).
CREATIVE WRITING SUPPORT
The UW Writing Center is the home of Write Time at the Center, a creative writing club for students, staff, faculty, and community members. The club provides opportunities for members to workshop creative pieces and offers some instruction on the intricacies of writing in different creative genres. Interested? Email the Write Time at the Center coordinator, Theresa Bautz (tbautz@uwyo.edu). She will add you to the email group!
