Tenure/FTRC Clock Stop Request Form

Please review the Stopping the Tenure or Fixed-Term Clock guidelines before filling out the form. Letters of approval from your Dean and Department Head are required in addition to the form and should be sent separately by email to facultyaffairs@uwyo.edu.
The academic year (i.e. 2025-2026) you were scheduled to be reviewed. If unsure, leave blank

If extenuating circumstances, additional documentation may be requested.
