*For programs wishing to make concentration changes: Please fill out the UW Existing Degree change form, but do not complete the HLC change documents. Instead please contact VPUE Michelle Hilaire at mhilaire@uwyo.edu to discuss all concentration changes for our HLC Accrediting body. Thank you.
