Gold Level | $8000 Annually
Research access for an unlimited number of designated researchers for membership holder, as well as designated employees of any wholly owned subsidiaries. Unlimited duplication at the rates specified.
Duplication Rates
- Up to 11"x17": $1 per page
- Oversize duplication (up to 42" wide), minimum 1 hour: $100
- 50% discount offered for self-service photocopies, scans made on-site, or photos made with own camera
- Other duplication fees not otherwise specified will be charged double the fee specified for non-Anaconda work
Silver Level | $4000 Annually
This category is designed for corporations that anticipate frequent use of the collection. Research access for up to four designated researchers. Unlimited duplication at an escalating rate. Silver level members may upgrade to Gold membership with 100% credit for annual fees paid.

- Next 100 pages: $3 per page
- Over 200 pages (no limit): $6 per page
Oversize duplication, up to 42" wide
- First 100 square feet: $2 per square foot

- Over 200 square feet (no limit): $12 per square foot
- 50% discount offered for self-service photocopies, or scans, made on-site, or photos made with own camera

Bronze Level | $2000 Annually
This category is designed for individuals, institutions, consultants, or corporations
who anticipate occasional use of the collection and limited copying needs. Research
access for one designated researcher.
Limited document page duplication at an escalating rate, unlimited oversize map duplication.
Bronze level members may upgrade to Gold or Silver Membership with 100% credit for
annual fees paid.

Federal Government Agency Membership | $3000 Annually
This category is open to any federal agency. Research access by any designated researcher who is a full-time regular employee of any branch of the federal agency. Unlimited duplication at the rates specified.

State, County, and City Government Agency Membership | $750 Annually
This category is open to any state, county, or city agency. Materials accessed from the files are limited to the state which the agency represents. Access by any designated researcher who is a full-time regular employee of the atate agency. Unlimited duplication at the rates specified.

Academic/Historical/Non-Commercial Membership | $15
This category is open to faculty and bona fide students of accredited institutions and private scholars who are conducting non-commercial research. This membership level requires a written proposal demonstrating non-commercial use of the collection. Application information: please prepare a letter describing your use of the collection and the results of your research (such as thesis, historical article etc.) and include brief resume or curriculum vitae. After receipt of the application, a committee will review the materials and make a formal decision regarding the proposal within approximately 30 days.
