HSAI 2026 Registration
The registration for HSAI 2026 opens on September 11, 2026
The registration deadline for HSAI 2026 is Friday, October 9, 2026.
After submitting the registration form, please make sure to complete the following tasks:
- Electronically submit Student Roster Worksheet.
- Complete and submit Minor Forms for every student participating in HSAI 2026
- Pay Registration Fee. The Fine Arts Box Office will send you an invoice following your registration.
The registration fee for the HSAI 2026 is $30 per student; fees include meals and materials.

After submitting the registration form, complete our redesigned Student Roster. For each student on the roster please make sure to include:
- Three workshop preferences using the new dropdown function
- List any food restrictions.
Email worksheets to HSAI co-event coordinator Aspen Brown.

This year, we created an optional sign-up sheet for teachers to utilize for building a student roster.

Download or complete the full array of forms to register and participate in the High School Art Intensive.
Minor Form
All students must have a completed minor form to participate in HSAI 2026. Students without a complete minor forms cannot participate.
You can submit completed Minor Forms:
- Prior to the event by emailing Aspen Brown
- In person at the event check-in on October 31 at 8:00 a.m.
Registration Form
Submit a complete Registration Form. Upon successful registration, the box office will email you an invoice. Including meals and materials, the registration fee for HSAI 2025 is $30 per student.
- The registration Deadline is October 9, 2026
- Cancellation Deadline is October 16, 2026

The registration Deadline for HSAI 2026 is Friday, October 9, 2026.
Check-in will begin approximately at 8:00am Friday, October 17. If you did not electronically submit minor forms, make sure every student has a completed/signed minor form at check-in.
Check-in will take place in the lobby of the Visual Arts Building on the University of Wyoming's Campus (just east of the UW Art Museum).
Yes! There are no exceptions. Without a completed Minor Form, students will not be unable to participate in the High School Art Intensive.
The registration fee for HSAI 2026 totals $30 per student. Price includes art materials and lunch for both days.
No. You are responsible for arranging your own lodging.
No. you are required to pay the full invoiced fee for any cancellations received after October 16, 2025.
