Tau Beta Pi Awards

The successful award recipient will be identified by a Selection Committee including the award’s recent winners. Nomination packets must include the following:

• Nomination letter
• Data on current and former students and post-docs, including dates of admission and graduation, publications, presentations, awards, and other career data
• Graduate teaching data, including evaluations for the last two years, course syllabi, advanced-level textbooks, etc.
• External funding data, including examples of use to advance graduate education
• Current Vitae
• A small sample of self-selected published work is acceptable but not crucial
• Other data pointing to effective graduate research and teaching

For the College’s Outstanding Staff Awards, please provide a minimum of three letters of nomination detailing demonstrated excellence in service to the College.   The successful award recipients will be identified by a Selection Committee as described in the attachment.

• Students may submit nominations for the TBP Outstanding Staff Award
• Faculty, academic professional, research associates, and staff are encouraged  to submit nominations for the CEPS Outstanding Staff Award
• Previous winners may be considered after a 5 year period since last receiving the award.
