Jake Orr serves as the Project Coordinator for the College of Education. The Project
coordinator plays a role in supporting the Associate Deans by managing administrative
and personnel activities of designated projects. Key responsibilities include coordinating
presentations, workshops, and seminars, and adapting project materials to meet participants'
needs. Key competencies include proficiency in Banner, WyoRecords, admissions, HCM/Financial
Management, grad student forms, and Smartsheets. This role also involves representing
the College at grant functions and meetings, developing public relations campaigns,
and assisting with the project website. The Project Coordinator assists in setting
and revising project goals, developing recruitment and funding strategies, and provides
general support to students and faculty. Additionally, the Project Coordinator serves
as a primary contact and administrator for the Master Educator Competency Program
(MECP), oversees student course evaluations through Watermark, and performs various
other duties as assigned. |
