Substitute Teaching Permit

If you have 60+ college credit hours, you are eligible to apply for your Wyoming Substitute Teaching Permit allowing you to gain experience and get paid! As a College of Education student, obtaining your Substitute Teaching Permit is a requirement for your program. Contact your advisor in the Teacher Preparation and Advising Office for more information on instructions, forms, fingerprint cards, etc.

Once you receive your Wyoming Substitute Teaching Permit, you must email a pdf copy of your permit to the Teacher Preparation and Advising Office. Pictures taken with your phone will not be accepted. If you have questions, contact your advisor or the Teacher Preparation and Advising Office.
