UW-FACULTY MAILING LIST

(FACULTY LISTSERV)

 

The Faculty Senate wishes to improve communication at the University of Wyoming, especially among faculty members. For this purpose, we are offering this Faculty Senate mailing list called "uw-faculty" or "faculty listserv." This list provides an open forum for faculty members to raise and discuss any issue or question related to UW, academics, or similar topics. PLEASE NOTE:  All postings to the faculty listserv are public records and subject to disclosure in accordance with Wyoming law.  Please take care to avoid posting information about individual students, personnel matters, or research.

This list may not to be used for political purposes, advertising or other commercial purposes. Any person sending improper, rude or inappropriate messages may be removed by the manager. 

You may SUBSCRIBE to this list by following the instructions below, and you may also UNSUBSCRIBE at any time.

After becoming a subscriber you are able to post messages by addressing the message to uw-faculty@uwyo.edu.

 

To SUBSCRIBE to the list:

1. Address the e-mail to: uw-faculty-subscribe@uwyo.edu
2. Leave the rest of the message blank, with no signature file.
3. Send the email.
4. You will receive a confirmation request to which you simply hit "reply" and "send."

To UNSUBSCRIBE from the list:

1. Address the e-mail to: uw-faculty-unsubscribe@uwyo.edu
2. Leave the rest of the message blank, with no signature file.
3. Send the email.

Note: If you will not be checking your e-mail for an extended period of time, you may wish to unsubscribe to prevent the buildup of messages. Upon your return, you may subscribe again.
