Founded at Miami University in 1848, is a values-driven men's collegiate fraternity rooted in its core pillars of Friendship, Sound Learning, and Rectitude. With over 200 active chapters across North America and more than 310,000 initiates to date, Phi Delt has a storied tradition of cultivating principled leadership and lifelong brotherhood. Notable members include Neil Armstrong, the first person to walk on the Moon, and other influential leaders in government, business, and the arts. In Fall 2026, Phi Delta Theta is expanding to the University of Wyoming, establishing a new colony and laying the groundwork for a full chapter — marking an exciting return to Laramie and broadening opportunities for Wyoming men seeking a lifelong brotherhood aligned with Phi Delt’s enduring values.
