Cindy Bower

Cindy Bower, CHA, is the President and CEO of Calibre Management, Inc., and has decades of leadership experience in the tourism and hospitality industry with a specialization in nature-based properties and distinctive sustainable development projects, both domestically and internationally. She has held executive leadership positions with Key Hospitality of Orlando, FL; Key Resort Management of Crested Butte, CO; Western Services of Washington, D.C.; and Delaware North Companies (DNC) of Buffalo, NY. During her tenure at DNC, Cindy oversaw operations in several high-profile National Parks, including Yosemite, Sequoia, Grand Canyon, and Yellowstone.  She also served as President and COO at Yosemite, where she led the creation and implementation of GreenPath, an innovative environmental management system that earned all DNC properties the prestigious ISO 14001 Environmental Management Certification. 

 

Cindy is a Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) and the recipient of many industry honors, including Orlando’s Hotelier of the Year award and the U.S. Department of Interior and California’s Environmental awards. Cindy grew up in Wyoming on the Worland Ranch. She earned a BS in Psychology from the University of Wyoming where she was a student-athlete, played in the women’s professional basketball league and was inducted in both the UW and Wyoming Athletics Hall of Fame. Cindy resides in Texas Hill Country.
