Courses:Students complete a total of nine credit hours. All students take two required courses—Negotiation and Principles and Methods in Collaborative Practice—which provide a foundation in conflict resolution and collaborative theory. They then select one elective from the following list to tailor the certificate to their professional goals. Courses marked with an asterisk (*) are offered in an accelerated 8-week format for added flexibility.
