Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
· Provide a safe, secure, and happy environment for HSI students
· Help students adjust to college life, develop independence, and self-confidence
· Supervise resident hall living, activities, trips, excursions
· Be positive adult role models
· Staff the residence hall, day and night
· Accompany students to medical facilities
· Provide transportation in our fleet of vans
· Give laundry lessons
Selected PC's will receive a competitive living stipend plus room and board for the
three-week duration.

Basis for selection of PC's:
- PC's must have a bachelor's degree or be 22 years of age or older
- Extensive experience with adolescents in school or a camp setting or other related group leadership experience
- Some experience at UW preferred, and/or familiarity with the UW campus

Applications for potential PC's are due mid March yearly.
The majority of the time PC's are chosen on a "first come, first serve" basis as long as all application requirements are meant.
