From now through October 31, Southwest Airlines and the University of Wyoming are partnering to allow Rapid Rewards Members to earn up to 10,000 Rapid Rewards bonus points that also count toward tier status. See offer details below and attached collateral for your use.
WHAT:
Rapid Rewards Members can earn up to 10,000 Rapid Rewards bonus points that also count toward tier status when they register, then book through one of our business channels (GDS, SWABIZ, or one of our direct connect/API partners) and fly qualifying flights:
- Book and fly two qualifying round trip flights (or four qualifying one-way trip flights): 5,000 Rapid Rewards bonus points
- Book and fly four qualifying round trip flights (or eight qualifying one-way trip flights): 5,000 additional Rapid Rewards bonus points for a total of 10,000 Rapid Rewards bonus points

Rental vehicles
Through their industry leading business rental program, Enterprise Rent-A-Car and National Car Rental provide customized car rental programs and comprehensive transportation solutions that deliver exceptional customer service, access to the largest network of vehicles and locations, plus reporting and tools to help UW personnel fulfill duty of care.
For University of Wyoming business travel:
The UW Corporate account number is: XZ12461 and needs to be provided in order to receive
corporate rates for UW business travel. A valid UW email address will need to be
provided when using this corporate account number. Taxes will also be removed on
UW rentals that qualify under this account number. The traveler will need to confirm
taxes are not charged on the rental upon pick up of the vehicle.
For leisure travel not associated with university business:
The UW leisure account number is: XZ78990. Please see these leisure guidelines for additional information.
For automobile rentals in the Laramie area, please first contact UW Fleet Services who may be able to provide the most cost effective options.
