Participant Testimonials
“I have been attending this class since 2009…it is a great group of people to exercise
with, and instructors modify all exercises for the ability (or lack of!) and injury
status of each individual. I attend for the camaraderie and accountability as well
as variety of exercise types and suggest it to anyone that wants to improve or maintain
their physical and mental fitness.”
“I have been attending for 2-3 years and think it is a great way to cross train with my other exercise activities. It’s a good platform to exercise with others, it’s fun, and it has really helped me with my shoulder/core strength. The people and instructors and music are great, and you do different exercises that most do not know about.”
“I have been attending for over 20 years to keep as fit as possible. It is so easy to attend an hour class and receive excellent instruction. The instructors are well trained to help each of us get the most out of the class which includes finding alternative movements to make the exercise fit our abilities. Anyone with any level of ability can get a good workout.”
