Spring Semester Hours: 9a to 6p, Monday-Friday; closed on weekends (effective 1/27 through 5/15)

Announcements 

  • Our Spring 2020 schedule is available for viewing on our Events webpage, and registration will open on January 27th! 

  • Winter is here! We have snowshoes, Nordic skis, backcountry touring skis, splitboards, and fat bikes for rent!

  • The Spring Wilderness First Aid course offering is now open for registration. All information can be found on our Wilderness Medicine page. 

Mission Statement

As part of the Campus Recreation Department, the Outdoor Program helps recruit and retain students, faculty and staff by providing a wide range of inclusive, safe, reasonably-priced outdoor programs and services to the UW community.  We expose individuals to the natural environment, provide skill and leadership development opportunities, and facilitate interactions and fun.
