Online Enrollment Verification
Online Enrollment Verifications, including pre-registration, are available through the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) via WyoWeb. UW reports to the NSC after the add/drop period each semester, which means that the information may not be updated in the NSC until UW sends its report. To request your enrollment verification through the NSC, go to WyoWeb and log in via the Students link under WyoRecords. Once logged in, click on the Student Records tab, and then click on Request Enrollment Verification. You will then be redirected to the NSC webpage. Follow the steps to generate a printable certificate.

To request an Enrollment Verification before the National Student Clearinghouse is updated, you may wish to request an Enrollment Verification Form from our office. This is a document that we produce and can be sent where the student requests. To request an Enrollment Verification Form, please fill out the PDF request form and email it to rr-transcript@uwyo.edu.
Other Request Forms
Often students are asked to have specific forms filled out by the company or agency requesting the enrollment verification. In those instances, students can either email the form to rr-transcript@uwyo.edu and we can fill out the form that way, or the student can bring the form by our office in Knight Hall. In either instance, please be sure to provide your W# and any helpful information in completing the form.
