The group leader will receive an invoice after the group’s departure. If the group makes multiple visits to AMK, then they will be charged after their final visit, with a single invoice.

Invoices cannot be split at the end of the season. Please submit separate housing requests for each invoice needed. For information about making payments, go to the Pay & Donate page.

Yes, you can have a guest visit. However, they must submit a housing request. If they will be paying, have them submit their own request. If you will be paying for their stay, you can submit a housing request for them, with you as a group leader.

We do not allow cookfires, campfires, charcoal grills or camp stoves of any kind to be used outside or on the porches at the Research Station. However, there are propane grills on site available for use with permission in advance.

We do not allow camping on site. The nearest campsite is Colter Bay, and there are many other campgrounds in Grand Teton National Park. There are also private campgrounds outside of Moran, WY and multiple campgrounds and dispersed camping options on nearby Bridger Teton National Forest land.

Overnight visitors cannot have pets in buildings or on site overnight. Day use visitors can bring their pets, but they cannot be in buildings and must follow all of the rules and regulations of Grand Teton National Park.
