ART seeks to assist graduate and post-doctoral researchers to pursue translation-focused career pathways that enable societal and economic impacts. Current coursework and training focuses primarily on academic pathways, leaving graduate students and doctorates unprepared for work in start-ups, industry, or the government sector.
With this in mind, the Wyoming ART Training and Internship Program (TIP) will provide opportunities for hands-on learning about translational research that prepares participants for a broad range of both academic and non-academic science opportunities.
