James Christensen

James Christensen is a Business Manager for the School of Energy Resources where he manages the financials for the Wyoming Integrated Test Center and the School of Energy Resources Foundation portfolio, while also serving as the school's Human Resources liaison.

Inspired to manage the business side of the ranch’s ventures, he attended the University of Wyoming for his undergraduate education and graduated with dual degrees in Finance and Management in the College of Business, as well as a minor in Blockchain.

Throughout his studies, Christensen worked part-time for SER, gaining valuable experience and learning the nuances of day to day operations. He spent his summers working with the Campbell County Fair and has also been involved in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program.

Currently, Christensen is also working towards a master’s degree in Finance as well as his Certified Financial Planner Certificate and UW’s Energy Business Graduate Certificate.
