Jerry Evans is a Service Engineer III at Mechdyne Corporation, contracted with the
3D Visualization Center as an AV service technician.
A computer science student and IT professional with training in shell scripting and
object-oriented programming, Evans possesses excellent interpersonal skills, developed
over 8 years of experience as an integral team member in customer service, physical
resources, and AV/IT.
At SER, he provides vital support to the 3D Visualization Center, classroom and building
technology, and manages the audio-visual needs for the Energy Resources Council meetings,
as well as countless speaker and outreach events at SER.
He holds an Associate’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Western Wyoming
Community College, and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
at Oregon State University.
