Assistant Director
Carrie Ver Burg is the Assistant Director of Operations at the School of Energy Resources.
After earning her bachelor’s degree in Accounting and the Honors Program, Ver Burg began working at SER in 2015 as a graduate assistant while completing her Master’s degree from UW in Accounting. Upon completion of her degree, she moved into a staff position as an accountant.
Throughout her time at SER, she has supported many different units, including the Academic Program, Outreach, Administration, and the various research centers in the research arm of operations. She now supervises several staff members and mentors student workers on day-to-day activities.
